Terms of Payment
50% of the rental amount is to be paid at the moment of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks prior arrival.
At arrival, you will be requested to pay a deposit of EUR 250 - for the Aster Apartment or EUR 100,- for one of the Torretta apartments. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your visit, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.

Cancellation terms
- 10% is charged when cancellation occurs up until 120 days before arrival.
- 50% is charged when cancellation occurs between 119 days to 45 days before arrival.
- After that, there is a 100% charge at cancellation.
