Terms of payment - Cottage Montecucco
50% of the rental amount is to be paid at the moment of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks prior arrival.
At arrival, you will be requested to pay a deposit of EUR 520,-. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your visit, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.

Cancellation terms - Cottage Montecucco
- 10% is charged when cancellation occurs up until 120 days before arrival.
- 50% is charged when cancellation occurs between 119 days to 45 days before arrival.
- After that, there is a 100% charge at cancellation.
