Terms of payment
30% of the rental amount it to be paid for bookings longer than 3 nights at the moment of reservation.
At arrival, you will be requested to pay a deposit of EUR 150,- for the apartments. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your visit.
Cancellations terms
For bookings not longer than 3 nights there is a charge of one night when cancellation occurs between 15 to 7 days before arrival. After that, there is a 100% charge at cancellation.
For bookings longer than 3 nights the paid advance of 30% will be kept.
