The Frassanelle estate covers an area of 150 hectares and is located just twenty kilometres south of the city Padova in the Colli Euganei - the Euganei hills.
Besides several mansions and farms, it consists of a manor with an English park and even an eighteen holes golf course.

The studio aparments of Aster and Torretta are situated in the impressive square farmstead, with a generous courtyard with its elegant loggia articulated by a series of columns, which are grown with a profusion of geraniums and lemon trees in antique terracotta vases.
Apartment Aster has a 130 square meter surface and six bedrooms. It is located on the first floor, directly above the stables that still house the estate's horses. Aster is centered around an open-space living room and kitchen. This lay-out gives you the necessary space to spend the evenings together, cooking, reading, writing or - why not - playing cards.
In the warmer season the beautiful courtyard will be beckoning guests to spend their evenings under the open sky.
The four mezzanine studios of Torretta are on the other side of this farmstead. They entail two flights of stairs.
These rooms were previously in use as storage spaces for grain and served as living accommodation for the farm's staff.
All four studios are flooded with light by large windows. Each studio consists of a living-room with kitchenette and adjoining bathroom. The bedrooms are located on the mezzanine, with adjoining a second toilette, except studio Lilium which has only one bathroom. The sofa in each apartment can be transformed into two singles beds.
