Prices are in EUR per week from Saturday to Saturday.
Prices are subject to change. However, we guarantee the lowest available rates on requests and reservations.
Apartment Aster, 6 persons, 130 square meters
Fridge with freezer, dish washer, washing machine, oven, american coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, air conditioning in the living room and kitchen area, fans in the bedrooms,
CD stereo, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and screens in all windows.
The Torretta Apartments:
Vinca, Elleboro, Silene and Lilium, 2 to 4 persons, 38 to 57 square meters
Microwave, oven, fridge, TV, CD stereo, iron & ironing board and air conditioning.
There is a general laundry room, the use of the washing machine and the dryer will be charged EUR 10,- each cycle.

Prices include electricity, water, clean bed linen, a set of 3 towels per person and kitchen towels weekly and the final cleaning.
Prices do not include the use of the central heating or air conditioning.
Extra bed EUR 15,- per person per night at the apartments Torretta
Terms of Payment
50% of the rental amount is to be paid at the moment of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks prior arrival.
At arrival, you will be requested to pay a deposit of EUR 250 - for the Aster Apartment or EUR 100,- for one of the Torretta apartments. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your visit, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Cancellation terms
- 10% is charged when cancellation occurs up until 120 days before arrival.
- 50% is charged when cancellation occurs between 119 days to 45 days before arrival.
- After that, there is a 100% charge at cancellation.
