Duna Piccola, 4 - 6 persons, space 75 square metres, terrace 25 square metres
Beachhouse Duna Piccola is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, fridge with built-in freezer, iron & ironing board, CD-stereo, satellite TV, a toaster, an electric water kettle,
an electric coffee machine and air condition.

Prices include electricity, water, clean bed linen and a set of 3 towels per person and kitchen towels weekly and the final cleaning.
Prices do not include the use of the central heating, air conditioning or wood for the fireplace.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Terms of payment
50% of the rental amount is to be paid at the moment of reservation, the remainder is due upon arrival.
At arrival, you will be requested to pay a deposit of EUR 250,-. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your visit.
Cancellation terms
- 10% is charged when cancellation occurs up until 120 days before arrival.
- 50% is charged when cancellation occurs between 119 days to 45 days before arrival.
- After that, there is a 100% charge at cancellation.
