Cottage Montecucco
8 persons, space 280 square metres, garden 1 ha
The Cottage is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, iron & ironing board, CD-stereo, satellite TV, hair dryer, toaster, electric water kettle and 4 fans.
You can swim from mid May to the end of September in your private swimming pool.

Prices include electricity, water, clean bed linen, a set of 3 towels per person, kitchen towels,pool towels and the final cleaning. Should you have rented Montecucco for more than 1 week, the house will be cleaned on Saturdays and the linen will be changed.
Prices do not include the central heating or wood for the fireplace.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Terms of payment
50% of the rental amount is to be paid at the moment of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks prior arrival.
At arrival, you will be requested to pay a deposit of EUR 520,-. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your visit, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Cancellation terms
- 10% is charged when cancellation occurs up until 120 days before arrival.
- 50% is charged when cancellation occurs between 119 days to 45 days before arrival.
- After that, there is a 100% charge at cancellation.
