Prices are in Euro per week from Saturday to Saturday.
Prices are subject to change. However, we guarantee the lowest available rates on requests and reservations.
Apartment Il Geranio, 4 persons, 61 square metres
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and with built-in freezer, electric filter coffee machine, toaster, electric water kettle, iron & ironing board, TV and a CD-stereo. There is a general laundry room for guests.
You can swim from the beginning of May to the end of September in the swimming pool.

Prices include electricity, water, clean bed linen, a set of 2 towels per person and kitchen towels weekly and the final cleaning. Il Geranio has an open fireplace, the wood is free of cost but please tip the man who brings the wood.
Prices do not include the use of the central heating.
Small pets only upon request, an amount of EUR 30,- a week is charged.
Terms of payment
50% of the rental amount is to be paid at the moment of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks prior arrival.
At arrival, you will be requested to pay a deposit of EUR 260,-. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your visit, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Cancellation terms
- 10% is charged when cancellation occurs up until 120 days before arrival.
- 50% is charged when cancellation occurs between 119 days to 45 days before arrival.
- After that, there is a 100% charge at cancellation.
