In the northern province of Trento Alto Adige, in the Schlern region, we find the town of Fiè allo Sciliar. Located here is the Romantik Hotel Turm.
The surrounding area is characterized by mountain villages, brooks and woods where you likely meet a fox or a deer, winding mountain roads and afternoon peace. This place has much to offer in every season: mountain biking, paragliding, hiking with or without a guide, nordic walking, crosscountry and downhill skiing or just relaxing: it is all possible here, in the heart of the Dolomite mountains.
Once, Turm was in service as a fortress, a courthouse and a prison. At the present it is an extremely elegant Hotel with an impressive art collection, and excellent cuisine - which in the past has been chosen as one of the five best restaurants in Italy -, a spa that exceeds all expectations. Hay baths, a flower steam bath, massages on warm rocks, a pine sauna, relaxing in the saltine cave that is carved out of the rocks, these and many more possibilities await you.
An impressive collection of over 2000 oil paintings, aquarelles and lithographs was created over the years by Karl Pramstrahler, Stefans father. Works by Renato Guttuso, Paul Klee, Joseph Beys, Otto Dix, Giorgio de Chririco, Oskar Kokoschka and many other artists decorate the walls of Turm.
A fascinating atmosphere is created by the combination of paintings and artwork. Every room, suite has its own unique atmosphere and is a tribute to the owners love of detail.
In this place, relaxation becomes the natural state of being.
