Prices stated are in Euro per week from Saturday to Saturday.

Tenuta Trappola, 10 persons, 500 square metres.
The house is equipped with a telephone, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, microwave, iron & ironing board, CD-stereo, TV with DVD player and a hair dryer, there are screens in all windows.
You can swim from mid May to the end of September in your private swimming pool.
Household help two hours per day, six times per week from Monday to Saturday.

Prices include electricity, water, clean bed linen and a set of 3 towels per person, kitchen towels, tablecloths and napkins,pool towels weekly and the final cleaning.
Prices do not include the use of the telephone, central heating or wood for the fireplace.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Terms of payment
50% of the rental amount is to be paid at the moment of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks prior arrival.
At arrival, you will be requested to pay a deposit of EUR 800,-. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your visit, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Cancellation terms
- 10% is charged when cancellation occurs up until 120 days before arrival.
- 50% is charged when cancellation occurs between 119 days to 45 days before arrival.
- After that, there is a 100% charge at cancellation.
