The Frassanelle estate covers an area of 150 hectares and is located just twenty kilometres south of the city Padova in the Colli Euganei - the Euganei hills.
Besides several mansions and farms, it consists of a manor with an English park and even an eighteen holes golf course.

La Bencontenta is a large traditional Venetian Villa, also situated on the estate of the Papafava's. Villa Bencontenta has an impressive 6000 square meter courtyard that includes a private swimmingpool of considerable size.
The garden has been lavishly planted with a variety of flowers and herbs. The orchard has been carefully laid out, here you will find several types of nut and fruit trees.
It is a two-story house, which has six bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a livingroom with a large fireplace - providing extra cosy evenings - and a kitchen one can only dream of.
