Prices stated are in Euro per week from Saturday to Saturday.
Prices are subject to change. However, we guarantee the lowest available rates on requests and reservations.

The house is equipped with a telephone, high speed internet line, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large oven, large fridge and large freezer, ice machine, machine for american coffee, food processor, toaster, electric water kettle, BBQ, iron & ironing board, CD-stereo, satellite TV, DVD player and a hair dryer. There are screens in all windows.
Three bycicles are at your disposition.
You can swim from the beginning of May to the end of October in your private swimming pool.
Household help four hours per day, five times per week from Monday to Friday.

Prices include electricity, water, clean bed linen and a set of 3 towels per person and kitchen towels weekly,1 pool towel per person and the final cleaning.
Prices do not include the use of the telephone, central heating, air conditioning or wood for the fireplace.
Extra bed EUR 20,- per person per day.
Small pets only upon request, an amount of EUR 5,- a day is charged.
Terms of payment
50% of the rental amount is to be paid at the moment of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks prior arrival.
At arrival, you will be requested to pay a deposit of EUR 500,-. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your visit, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Cancellation terms
- 10% is charged when cancellation occurs up until 120 days before arrival.
- 50% is charged when cancellation occurs between 119 days to 45 days before arrival.
- After that, there is a 100% charge at cancellation.
