Prices are in EUR per week from Saturday to Saturday.

Villa Spada
8 - 10 persons, space 400 square metres, garden 1 ha
Villa Spada is equipped with a telephone, fax, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge and large freezer, iron & ironing board, CD-stereo, TV with DVD player, hair dryer and screens on all bedroom windows.
You can swim from the beginning of May to the end of September in your private swimmingpool.
Household help is included three hours per day, five times per week from Monday to Friday.

Prices include electricity, water, clean bed linen and a set of 3 towels per person, kitchen and pool towels.
Prices do not include the use of the telephone, central heating or wood for the fireplace.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Terms of payment
50% of the rental amount is to be paid at the moment of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks prior arrival.
At arrival, you will be requested to pay a deposit of EUR 1000,-. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your visit unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Cancellation terms
- 10% is charged when cancellation occurs up until 120 days before arrival.
- 50% is charged when cancellation occurs between 119 days to 45 days before arrival.
- After that, there is a 100% charge at cancellation.
